Hello, I’m John Seitz, owner and operator of JSeitz Handyman Services. I was born and raised in St. Louis and currently reside in South City. I’m fortunate to live in one of those old ‘gingerbread’ brick houses that line so many streets in this beautiful part of the city. But owning an old home means lots of maintenance. Over the years, I’ve taught myself how to do as much of the maintenance and remodeling work as I could including remodeling the basement, adding a bedroom, building a walk-in closet, replacing the roof on our garage among other things. I love working with my hands. I started doing handyman work for friends and family and eventually, with the help of my 2 sons, gutted and rehabbed an entire house. I know that good craftsmanship means taking your time and doing things right the first time. I take pride in my work and I enjoy doing good work for other people. I believe in building relationships built on trust and integrity. I hope you will trust me with any handyman work you need in your home.
